1.Apply the TENS electrodes to dry, smooth skin areas free of sweat or oil residue. If the skin is moist or oily, it will directly cause the electrodes to fail to stick properly.

2.If you rinse the replacement TENS electrodes with clean water, be sure to let them air-dry naturally afterward. Do not wipe them with a towel or expose them to direct sunlight, as this may damage the adhesive layer.

3.Before applying the stimulation electrodes, thoroughly clean your skin to ensure it is free of dirt, oil, and lotion residue. Clean skin ensures the electrodes adhere more securely.

4.Always apply both latex-free self-adhesive TENS electrodes patches to your skin at the same time. Using only one electrode will prevent the device from delivering effective therapeutic results.

5.The actual service life of TENS electrodes may vary depending on skin conditions (e.g., frequent oiliness or sweating), cleaning frequency, and storage method.

Replace the TENS Electrodes promptly if:
